But the show’s star, Kim Kardashian, is an Instagrammer and fitness expert, so it’s not hard to imagine how she might get caught up in her own brand’s latest craze.
“I know I am a fitness fan, and I love the idea of being able to take care of my body,” the reality star wrote in an Instagram post this week.
“That’s what keeps me going.
I know I look better when I’m healthy, and that’s what I’m going to be forever!”

“We are aiming to target a range of people, both men and women, and we’re hoping to find ways to help them get into a more healthy weight range,” said Katherine McLeod, a professor of exercise physiology and human performance at the University of Queensland, who is an expert in exercise-related dietetics.
“The idea is that if we can improve people’s health and wellbeing, it can make a real difference to their quality of life and life quality.”
Keeping Up on the Kardashia Keeping Up is an all-encompassing show about the Kardashian family, which is based in Los Angeles.
Its been the subject of countless spinoffs and a host of spin-offs, including Keeping up with the Kardashians and Keeping Up in Trump Tower.
The show has been criticised for its overly-specific diet and calorie intake, with a recent episode featuring Kim Kardashian and her mother Kim Kourtney revealing that they ate a diet that included just one cup of coffee a day.
The Kardashians also feature heavily in the film Keeping Up, which follows them as they are trying to lose the weight they have gained in recent years.

Kim Kressons diet has been compared to that of an athlete.
“It’s basically the same concept as running, but in a more controlled way,” she told a reporter.
“You don’t have to be an athlete, but if you do have the ability to eat more calories, it’s much better for you.
It gives you a greater sense of control, and you feel more balanced and fit.
It’s about a whole range of health issues, and eating more is about being more fit.”
What does the show have to say about weight loss?
“The Kardashians’ diet is very specific, and there are a number of different types of diet that can be used,” McLeod said.
“If you are looking to lose body fat, and want to get into that weight loss plan, you’ll want to start with a diet with a moderate amount of carbohydrates.”
But she said that there are many different types, such as a low-carb, low-protein, low fat diet, and a low protein, high fat diet.
She said that the show can also highlight the importance of eating in moderation.
“There are several different diets out there that will work for people who want a lower calorie intake and a lower protein intake, or a low fat intake,” she said.
What can you expect from Keeping up?
The show follows the Kardashian sisters on a daily basis, with the first episode airing on Monday October 16, and the second episode on Tuesday October 17.
McLeod also said that they will be featuring a lot of social media posts, which will include their latest fitness and diet tips, along with their personal videos.
“Our focus will be on the diet and nutrition aspect of the show,” she added.
“In particular, the focus is on people who have low-fat diets and people who do not have a low intake of calories, but do want to be in good shape.”
