You should also keep in mind that your Fitbits don’t do everything they promise.
For example, if you buy an activity band that you can’t actually wear, the FitBit is not going to help you.
If you’re a little more athletic, it might help you run a little bit faster.
It can be hard to tell whether you’re actually getting a big benefit, but a lot more work is going to come from using the right Fitbits for the right purpose.
