This is a popular way to eat that doesn’t involve dairy and eggs.3.
Avoid processed foods for at least 30 days.4.
Eat healthy whole grains and beans and reduce your red meat intake.5.
Try a vegan diet for two weeks.6.
Stop drinking sugary drinks.
These include sugary juices, teas, sports drinks and sports drinks with added sugar, which is known to increase your chances of heart and metabolic diseases.7.
